Provo days Part 2

Here are a few pictures of our Pioneer Day festivities. We went to "Taste of the Valley" for lunch it was fun, but very hot and really long lines. I got to do a little shopping :). And later we had a yummy BBQ. At the end of the night the Anderson's were doing some little fireworks so I thought I would let Addie watch since she missed them on the 4th. She hated them! She was shaking and crying in my arms and everytime another would go off she would clench me tighter. They were too loud and scary for her (she has always been sensitive to loud noises). So we are glad we put her to bed for the fireworks on the 4th.

Other things we have been doing to end our Provo days: a lot of packing...and more to go, Lagoon...brought back some good memories, and hanging out with friends and family. More to come.

Hey Maur, How fun with all the pioneer day festivities, it makes me miss utah, here for pioneer day there were two tornados. I parked my car on a hill and watched the tornado skies- it was scary. Make the most of the final weeks! Miss ya!

I can't believe your Provo days are nearly at an end! But I am glad to hear your taking advantage of Utah goodness. We went to "A Taste of Durham" which I thought would be a lot like a taste of Utah, however, after paying an entry fee we also had to buy special coins to buy food with! It ended up being a complete rip-off. Sigh.
Can't wait to see you in a week or two!
