Addie turned 5 today. It was a fun filled day and before bedtime, she ran up to me and said, "Can I go to bed now? Today tired me out."
Addie is such a wonderful part of our family. She is sweet and sensitive to others and such a great helper to me. Super smart, observant, creative and imaginative. My sister once called her "an old soul". I think that describes her very well. When you talk to her, she just seems older than she is sometimes. Addie loves to send and receive letters from people. When I asked her what she wanted to do for her special afternoon, she said, "Could we write thank you notes to people that sent me gifts?" That is her idea of fun.
Addie is also really big teaser. She loves to be silly and make others laugh. We feel pretty lucky that she is ours. Happy 5th Birthday Sweet Addie!
