We had a great time with the Linford's, enjoyed yummy Easter dinner, and Addie was in heaven with lots of attention from aunts, uncles and grandparents. Conference was also a wonderful part of it...I felt like so many of the messages were directed towards me as a parent. So uplifting and inspiring. I didn't take many pictures, but here is one of Addie after Easter egg hunting. It also kind of shows how big my belly is getting.

I have to share the funniest/saddest part of Easter this year though. So in Jon's family their Easter bunny hides the baskets and they have a scavenger hunt with clues the bunny leaves to lead them to them. So this year they were hidden in the oven (all except Addie's because she was up 3 hours before everyone else, so hers was left out like my Easter bunny always did it...luckily). Well Jon's Mom gets up and starts making breakfast, turned on the oven...because she forgot they were in there. Here is the aftermath.
It was so sad, but we had a pretty good laugh about it as well, because Jeffrey and his mom were joking the night before, when they hid them, about what would happen if someone didn't know they were in there and turned on the oven. I think we are lucky there wasn't a fire...although the house did have a nasty burnt plastic smell for the rest of the day. None of the candy was salvageable, but Addie was nice enough to offer to share her candy with everyone.

You are getting so close and your b-day is coming up so soon. I can't believe you are going to have 2 kiddos. I hope things are going well. We didn't get into U of A but are still waiting to hear back from ASU. we went out to cali to look at a school out there this past weekend, but can't make any decisions till we hear from the rest of the schools-they are being SO slow.
