A few of her favorite things....

So Addie is just so fun. She has exploded with language skills in the last few weeks. She has been talking and saying words for months, but lately she is saying two or three word sentences. It amazes me...she understands everything I tell her and we can have little conversations. It is so much fun! I love this stage. I haven't been able to get a video of her talking like that because she always stops when I turn the camera on, but when I do I will post it.

She likes people finally (she has had major stranger anxiety). This has been nice because we had my sister-in-laws, Alison and Amy, staying with us last week and she actually warmed up to them pretty fast. Alison came out to go to EFY and Amy moved up here and had a week before she could move into her apartment, it was fun to have them here.

So I think I may have actually warped my child with my OCD with cleaning...or maybe she came this way. She is so obsessed with cleaning. Anytime there is a mess in the house she says "mess momma mess" or "uh oh mess" until I help her clean it up. Jon found her in the kitchen by herself with a towel scrubbing something on the floor. And anytime people walk on the carpet with shoes she gets very upset! So funny.

Dancing! Oh my goodness this girl likes to shake her booty. She loves to dance with me when we play DDR. She has her own little pad that she pretends is a dance pad and copies me it is so funny. Turn on some music and Addie will show you her moves.

But her favorite thing lately is actually shoes! She LOVES to try on my shoes and try to walk in them. When I take her to a shoe store she is just in heaven and wants to try on shoe after shoe and run around in them. It is hillarious! I love this little girl...I am so lucky to be her momma!

She is so cute and so smart and you never have to worry that she will have speech/language problems with how much she babbles and comprehends at this age:) Thanks for letting me come over and eat! And thanks for letting me add you to my blog. Amy showed me the pictures on the Andersons's blog and they turned out so cute. Oh my gosh, I love them!
